Liquid Flow Meter

Flow in the ForceMeter™ target meter is measured in terms of dynamic force acting on a target (solid disk) in the flow stream which is translated into an electrical output proportional to flow.

6600 Series Magmeter magnetic flow meter converts voltage to volumetric flow for a high accuracy solution. Conductive fluid flows through an electromagnetic field and generates a voltage proportional to its velocity.

Liquid enters a precision-machined chamber containing a disc which nutates (wobbles). The measuring chamber contains an exact known quantity of fluid. The nutations of the disc are transmitted by a gear train to a totalizer or pulse transmitter.

Liquid enters a precision-machined measuring chamber containing a piston which oscillates (rotates) in the SmartPD Positive Displacement meter. The oscillations of the piston are transmitted through the meter wall by a follower magnet to a totalizer or pulse transmitter.
